Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

200g Smooth Peanut Butter

175g Golden Caster Sugar

2 Eggs

Method

Preheat the oven to 200c/gas mark 6.

Mix together all the 3 ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Make 6 mini balls and place them on greaseproof paper on a baking tray.

Separate the the 6 balls so they have space.

Then use the back of a big spoon to flatten them slightly.

Cook on the middle shelf for 13 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave until fully cooled down before removing.
